Willpower alone doesn't work. You will always be weak one day. You need a reason to fight porn that's greater than your desire for it. That's not easy as porn is fun and an escape. The key to beating porn is literally building a life you're excited about. Then the dopamine rush of porn won't seem so appealing, and you'll have your reason for fighting it, and winning. Some tips in no particular order: 1) I recommend listening to Dr. K (HealthyGamerGG). He's a good, young psychologist and occasionally addresses porn addiction in a real way that's refreshing. 2) Read or listen to The Easy Peasy Way to Quit Porn (it's free everywhere, including on Audible.). 3) Get a great porn filter (NoPoX is also a great choice) 4) and most importantly...aim for exciting goals. This is what I've learned from my years of dealing with this addiction. Once you do get to a point where your urges for it stops, don't make the mistake of going back to it to see if it still has an effect on you, as you don't want to risk your brain getting a dopamine hit from it again and falling back in. Leave it for good. I hope this helps.
